Travelling Gallery’s Season Two 2024 exhibition Where We Stand was a partnership between Travelling Gallery and Community Land Scotland, as part of the 100 Years of Community Ownership project, funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund and the Scottish Government.
The exhibits included original artworks in sculpture and film by Virginia Hutchison, Richard Bracken and Colin Tennant & Saskia Coulson.
The exhibition also included three new commissions – funded through Creative Scotland - by Francia Boakye, Kate O’Shea, and Emma Duncan, Jan Little & Helen Walsh, supported by The Bothy Project.
The new commissions were realised by North Edinburgh Arts; Isle of Eigg Heritage Trust, Govanhill Baths Community Trust and Bothy Project; and Langholm Initiative & Creation Mill, with funding from Creative Scotland.
The original artworks were realised by The Stove Network, with Urras Oighreachd Ghabhsainn (Galson Estate Trust), Urras Ceann a Tuath na Hearadh (North Harris Trust) and Abriachan Forest Trust.
The exhibition toured between June and August 2024.
